How to Order

How do I order online?

  1. Add product(s) to your order by selecting a product and quantity, choose “add to cart.”
  2. Your total order amount will appear in your shopping cart, where you can click on “continue shopping” or “checkout.”
  3. When you press “check out” simply log in to your account (if you have one) or fill out the required shipping and billing information and press “submit order”.
  4. Pick "Shipping Method" 
  5. Leads to "Continue to Payment". Pick choice of payment.
  6. If you are looking for a discount code or reward points, please click on the pink reward bubble on the bottom left of your page.  
  7. You will get an immediate e-mail that confirms your order.
We’ll process your order within 1-3 business days. Please check your email for your tracking code. Do not that in some cases your parcel may be delayed, track your parcel for updates. 

  1. If you have chosen bank deposit, please check your order for the total amount due. Payment details are as per below.

How do I order a product?

Log in to create an account, look though the menu or search bar for a specific product and click on product to read more, or click add to cart button to start purchasing. You are now apart of our rewards system, click on the rewards button to view your perks and reward points and discounts.

Once you have added all your products to your cart, click on 'checkout' at the top bar of your screen.

For Paypal or Debit and Credit transactions:-

Click on Express Paypal if you would like to pay with your pay pal account 

IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT choose Pay with Debit or Credit to make an online transaction as a PayPal Guest. 

For Online Transactions 

Click on IPAY88 to make an online transactions

To make a bank deposit:-

Choose Bank Deposit, once you have banked in the money, please whatsapp your order number and payment receipt to 0122291409.

Once your payment is completed, you will receive your parcel within 2-5 working days, please note that this may be affected by festive seasons or long holidays. 

You will receive an email with your tracking number, please check your junk mail if you do not receive a notification within 1 day.

Use your tracking number to track your parcel, once we have posted your parcel, we will not be responsible for MISSED parcels.

If you have not tracked your parcel, and missed the delivery.

1.  Please check your tracking number again to see where your parcel is. 

2.  Go to the postal office where your parcel is and collect your parcel or call them for a second delivery. 

3.  If item has been returned to Potions, please proceed to bank in RM8/RM10 so we are able to send the parcel to you. Please whatsapp your order number and payment receipt to 0122291409.

If you chose to Pick Up your item at a location specified, please Whatsapp to make an appointment for collection.

Please note that the pick up locations are set as per below. Please make an appointment as soon as you have made an order, for urgent pick ups, please make an appointment first to confirm availability.
