Why is there a price shown on your website (e.g. RM1,500)?

The price displayed on our website is a platform placeholder required by Shopify and does not reflect the actual cost of a group workshop.

All of our group experiences are custom-quoted based on your requirements, including group size, format, take-home items, and level of customisation.

Why is the pricing different from what was shared in your proposal?

Our workshops are not fixed packages — they are custom-built experiences.

Pricing varies depending on:

Group size

Perfume size (e.g. 10ml, 12ml, 30ml)

Level of customisation (branding, packaging, etc.)

Type of experience (standard workshop vs premium or gamified experience)

Venue (in-studio or off-site)

Because of this, proposals are tailored to each client’s requirements rather than using a one-size-fits-all package.

Can we choose the perfume size (e.g. 12ml instead of 30ml)?

Yes, absolutely. Perfume size is fully customisable depending on your preference and budget.

Why are some workshops quoted with smaller bottle sizes?
