Due to the very high cost of our ingredients and the labor-intensive (highly time consuming) small-batch, from-scratch production process, we are unable to accept returns of opened or unopened products at this time. 


However, if you believe that your product is defective in any way, you may ship it to us for inspection along with a note or e-mail to potionsmy@gmail.com explaining the problem.



We will replace any items if they are defective or damaged; for example, the container got damaged during shipping or the product ordered is different from the item delivered. Please contact us and describe your problem and we will address each case individually. 


Send us an email at potionsmy@gmail.com or contact us through our website / Facebook / Instagram within 48 hours of receiving the products. Please provide us with your 

(1) Order number; and

(2) Photos or videos of the damaged/defective item(s)


* Do note that the cases mentioned above will be investigated with the courier and packaging team, if found to be fraudulent or misleading claims, there will be no refunds or exchanges.
